Serves 6


  • 12 orange slices
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 6 tablespoons of simple syrup (see recipe below)
  • 1 bottle of sparkling water
  • 6 small sprigs of mint


In 6 large rock glasses, divide the raspberries and add 2 slices of orange to each glass. Then lightly muddle the orange slices with the fresh raspberries. Add 1 tablespoon of the simple syrup to each glass and mix. Top with sparkling water, stir and add ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

For the Simple Syrup:

Combine 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of water, bring to a boil, and stir until the sugar completely melts. Let cool. Store the simple syrup in a jar or container in the refrigerator. It stores well in the refrigerator for a month or more and can be used for many mixed drinks.
