Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of vanilla gelato
  • 1 double shot of espresso
  • Handful of Loacker Wafers, coarsely crushed (chocolate, chocolate hazelnut)
  • Whipped Cream

Directions

Pour a double shot of hot espresso over two small, tightly packed scoops of gelato in a coffee cup or glass. Add a dollop of whipped cream. To finish, sprinkle with Loacker Wafer crumbles. Serve immediately.
