- 10 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup seltzer water
- 30 mint leaves, torn into pieces
- 1 pint ripe cherries, pitted and halved
Mix the sliced peaches with sugar in a large bowl. Mix orange and lemon juices with the seltzer water, and pour over the peaches. Add half the mint leaves and allow the mixture to marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Stir in the cherries, and garnish with the remaining mint.
Juice the oranges and lemons; measure and mix the sugar in with the peaches; stir juices, seltzer water, and fruit together in a bowl; pick and tear mint leaves and then use half of them to garnish; and pit the cherries.
