A great cup of coffee

It is said in Italy that to make a good cup of espresso you need the three "M" 1-Miscella-the right of mix and toasting of the beans, 2-Macinatura-the right ground of coffee, 3-Mano-the hand, in other words knowing the art of making coffee. So to make a good cup of espresso coffee, make sure to choose a good quality espresso mix properly toasted. Store the beans in a well-sealed glass or opaque container. When choosing beans, it is often recommended to avoid very dark colored beans or those that are excessively shiny. Try to grind the beans just before using them. Using bottled water is always better. The water temperature should reach just below the boiling point, 200 degrees F. Warm the serving pot and serve the coffee in warm cups.
