Mesclun Salad with Citrus Fruit
Insalata Di Agrumi
Serves 6
4 tbs. olive oil
3 blood oranges, 1 juiced and 2 cut into segments
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. of mesclun salad with sprouts and edible flowers
1 fennel bulb, sliced very thinly
Whisk olive oil, orange and lemon juice, salt and pepper together. Toss the salad, fennel and orange segments with dressing and serve.
