What a wonderful dish! We have devoured it with the relish of lasagna, but it has a lighter feel. The lemon is the first thing that grabs people with surprise and delight when they take the first bite. Great for summer, but I anticipate making it on request all year round.

My ENTIRE family loves this recipe! I used the Mozzarella but I used half the amount the recipe called for because we don't really like our food too cheesy and it was a good thing because it was just right. The recipe doesn't state what to do with the grated pecorino so I just sprinkled it in on top with the italian bread crumbs. SO DELICIOUS! OHHH! Peperoncino is Crushed Red Peppers...I only put a pinch since I don't like spicy foods. LOL this had a few people stumped at the various stores I went in to find it. Finally I looked online and found the answer. My husband doesn't eat veggies and my kids are super picky about the look and texture...but this meal satisfied everyone.

Another excellent recipe! My wife and kids can be picky eaters and this was just phenomenal. Smells great while cooking and tastes even better. Wished we had made more.
