Nonna Isolina's stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients: 6 ripen tomatoes (still firm) Bread crumbs Parmiggiano Cheese Parsley Salt and Pepper Garlic Olive Oil butter Method: Make a mixture of bread crumbs, chopped garlic, chopped parsley; salt and pepper. Slice head off top of tomatoes and remove seeds. Fill the tomatoes with mixture Drizzle olive oil in oven proof dish Place tomoatoes side by side. Place a dropple of butter on each tomato. Bake in oven for 30 minutes until cooked.
