spicey pan fried chicken

lidia (2 days ago) prepared a recipe with her son
...it was a whole chicken that was pan fried for about
one hour...it was a spicey recipe...the Italian region was the eastern most district (the front part of the Boot)....lidia and her son put anchovies between the skin and meat and they also used capers....i cannot find the recipe online....does anyone have it?
