Saw Lidia make this fried pasta & cheese pastries today on "Lidia's Italy", but did not write the recipe down. I also can't find it here on Lidia's site. They looked terrific Any help? Thanks!

they are also called Provolone Turnovers, so if you type that into the search engine, you can get the recipe. Hope this helps!
