I tried the veal osso bucco the other night and I had a problem.Tasted good but the veal stuck to the pan and the string came off and thus the veal was in pieces.I was wondering if it was the oil I used.Instead of vegetable oil I used Canoa oil.Would that have made a difference or was it that the oil was not hot enough???
