Today's tip

I love rosemary. I recall as a little girl playing hide and seek and using the rosemary hedges as my hiding place.

I would smell like rosemary for two days. It is best to cook with fresh rosemary, as it has a wonderful fragrance of pine and mint, which is somewhat lost when dried. I add rosemary to stews, marinades, roasted potatoes, when grilling steaks and other meats but I especially love using it with roasted meats and my favorite is with lamb.
