Roasted Veggies

Roasting is a fantastic way to prepare your favorite vegetables and also an opportunity to inject some flavor into them. When preparing a roasted meat or poultry, add vegetables alongside the meat. The veggies will help add flavor to the finished roast and the vegetables will be flavored from the fat and juices of the meat. It’s also a good idea to cut your vegetables in uniform sizes, so they all cook at the same pace.
